Bspin Casino Review (2026): Anonymity Grade 25/100
⚠️ Why Was Bspin Delisted?
Bspin used to sit in our VPN-tolerated tier. Our September 2026 Terms review moves it out. Section 3.22 of Bspin’s Terms and Conditions says the casino reserves the right to detect and prevent “prohibited techniques,” and lists the methods:
“These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis”
IP masking is what a VPN does. It’s the same wording that took Mystake and Jack off our lists, and we apply one standard to every casino: if the Terms describe catching IP masking as fraud prevention, VPN access grades as forbidden. Section 6.3 then lets Bspin close an account for any breach and withhold everything in it, deposit included.
Our VPN sessions on Bspin worked. That doesn’t change the grade. Bspin now scores 25/100 and comes off every recommendation list on VPNCasinos. All Bspin links redirect to our homepage, so you can pick a casino that doesn’t write VPN detection into its rules. We’ll recheck if the Terms change.

The Terms don’t say. No operating company is named, and no licence number is given. The only licensing reference is Gaming Services Provider N.V., the Curaçao master licence holder, which section 19.6 names as the body you can complain to after Bspin’s own management. Disputes go to the courts of Curaçao.
Bspin is crypto-only, with slots, live games and table games from third-party providers who set their own country restrictions on top of Bspin’s. The Terms page says it was last updated on 28 June 2022, although the game integrity section at the end reads much newer.
Section 3.22 lists IP-masking detection as an anti-fraud tool, so we grade VPN access as forbidden. Bspin’s verification page asks for documents on payout requests.
Which Countries Are Banned at Bspin?
The United States and its territories, France and its territories, the Netherlands and every part of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius, Saba, Aruba, Curaçao and Sint Maarten), Australia and its territories, the United Kingdom and Spain.
It’s a short list with a sharp edge. Section 4.3 bans anyone who is a resident of these countries or is “accessing the Website from” one of them. A Spanish holiday on a German account counts, and Curaçao, home of Bspin’s licensing framework, is banned too.

Can You Use a VPN at Bspin?
Not under its own Terms. There’s no sentence saying “VPNs are banned.” There doesn’t need to be. Section 3.22 lists “detection of geo-location and IP masking” among the steps Bspin takes against prohibited techniques, right next to fraudulent transaction detection and blockchain analysis. A VPN masks your IP. That’s the whole product.
What Happens If Bspin Flags Your VPN?
Section 3.22 doesn’t attach its own penalty, so the general ones apply. Under 6.3, Bspin can close or suspend an account it “reasonably believe[s]” isn’t complying with the Terms, void your bets and withhold the money in it, deposit included. Section 14.5 lets the Risk Department restrict access, deposits or withdrawals “for any other reason” at its discretion. And 4.3 separately bans anyone accessing the site from a restricted country, so a VPN exit that lands in Spain or the UK is its own breach.
We connected through ProtonVPN, Surfshark and Privado without trouble, played logged in, deposited and withdrew. It works. It works right up until the Risk Department reads section 3.22 the way we do.

Does Bspin Require KYC to Withdraw?
It depends which Bspin page you believe. Section 8.3 of the Terms reserves “additional KYC verification procedures for any withdrawal exceeding 2,000 EUR value in cryptocurrencies,” and verification on smaller withdrawals “as demanded by our gaming license.” Read alone, that looks like light KYC.
The Safety & Privacy page doesn’t mention €2,000 at all. It says customers must submit ID, proof of address and a selfie with ID “within 48 hours after requesting a payout,” and that users without full KYC “cannot make additional deposits or withdrawals of any amount.” That’s verification tied to payouts, full stop. We grade on the stricter published rule.
What Is Standard KYC?
Standard KYC on our scale means no ID at signup, but verification before you can withdraw. Light KYC needs a threshold that actually holds. Bspin publishes one and then publishes a page that ignores it, so it grades Standard: 15/40.
What Documents Does Bspin Ask For?
A valid photo ID, front and back, with a signature and at least three months before expiry. If you have no photo ID, a birth certificate with all four corners visible is accepted, which is rare. Add proof of address and a selfie holding the ID. Everything has to be emailed to support@bspin.io from your registered address. Anything sent from another email is rejected.
The timelines don’t match either. The verification page promises a review within three business days. Section 14.6 gives the Risk Department seven days for a first response and 30 days to finish, and payments stay stopped during any investigation.
What Do Bspin Players Say on Trustpilot?
Trustpilot shows 2.3/5 from 53 reviews. The good ones praise fast crypto payouts with no paperwork: “a truly legit casino… I did not have to provide any documentation, the whole thing is anonymous.” So some players do cash out without KYC, whatever the verification page says.
The bad ones focus on bonus toggles, fees and capped or delayed withdrawals: “Deposited 50… tried to cash out… my money’s back in my account minus a fee.” A long-time player complained about shrinking promotions and slow large withdrawals. Section 8.7 lets Bspin change the withdrawal fee at any time without notice, and 14.2 blocks any withdrawal until the deposit is wagered 1x, which explains most of it.
Which Bspin Terms Should You Read Before Depositing?
Your Balance Can Be Transferred “to State”
If Bspin closes or suspends your account for not complying with the Terms, section 6.3 lets it void your bets and withhold your money, including the deposit. Then the money “will be either transfer to state or put on hold until you comply with terms.” No state is named. We haven’t seen a clause like this at any other casino in this round of reviews.
Bspin’s Liability to You Is Capped at €100
Section 12.5 caps Bspin’s total liability at the lower of your stake on the bet in question or €100 in aggregate. Aggregate means across everything, not per incident. Hit a €5,000 win that later gets voided as a system error under 11.1, and the most you can ever claim back is €100. Complaints about a settled bet must also land within seven days (19.4), or they won’t be honoured.
Wrong Chain or Below-Minimum Deposit? The Money Is Gone
Every currency has a minimum deposit, and anything sent below it “will result in funds loss and is not refundable” (7.1). On the way out, section 8.5 puts wrong-chain withdrawals and wallets that reject smart-contract transfers entirely on you. Withdrawals also need six blockchain confirmations on the deposit before you can even request one (8.2). Check the network twice.

Bspin comes off our lists for the same reason Mystake and Jack did. Section 3.22 files IP-masking detection under prohibited techniques, and a VPN review site can’t send readers to a casino that has written down how it catches them. The fact that our sessions worked doesn’t move that.
The rest doesn’t rescue it. Two official pages give two different KYC rules. A withheld balance can go “to state.” If something goes wrong with a big win, Bspin’s liability tops out at €100. And nobody on the Terms page will tell you who they are. 25/100. Bad, avoid.
