We previously graded Jack (formerly Jackbit) 50/100 and listed it as VPN-tolerated. That no longer holds. Section 9 of Jack’s current Terms and Conditions, the anti-fraud policy, says:
“You accept and acknowledge that we reserve the right to detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques… These steps may include, but are not limited to, examination of Players device properties, detection of geo-location and IP masking, transactions and blockchain analysis.”
IP masking is what a VPN does. That sentence is word for word the one we found in Mystake’s Terms, which we delisted earlier this month, and the two sets of Terms share far more than one line. The same section lets Jack demand proof of address, ID, a video call or proof of income at any time, and confiscate winnings if you can’t provide them.
Our VPN sessions on Jack worked. That doesn’t change the grade. Jack is now graded 25/100, removed from every recommendation list on VPNCasinos, and all Jack links redirect to our homepage so you can pick a casino that actually tolerates or allows VPNs. We’ll recheck if the Terms change.

Can You Use a VPN at Jack?
Not under its own Terms. There’s no line reading “VPNs are banned.” Section 9 simply lists “detection of geo-location and IP masking” among the ways Jack will “detect and prevent the use of prohibited techniques.” Hiding your real IP is the only thing a VPN is for.
What Happens If Jack Flags Your IP Masking?
The same section gives Jack the tools. If it suspects fraud, it can terminate the account and suspend all payouts without telling you why. It can request KYC “if suspicious activity or unusual account behavior is detected” to confirm your identity, residence or eligibility, and the banned-country clause covers “access from” Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova, not just residence. A connection that looks like it’s hiding its origin is exactly what those rules are written to catch.
Our sessions over ProtonVPN, Surfshark and Privado ran without blocks, deposits went through and withdrawals paid. We still won’t send VPN users to a casino whose fraud policy names IP masking as something to detect. It works right up until someone in compliance reads section 9 the way we did.

Does Jack Require KYC to Withdraw?
Expect it. Jack can check your identity before processing any payout and hold the withdrawal for as long as that takes. Documents must be in the Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, or you can be told to show them on a video call. The AML/KYC Policy goes further and says identification happens “before any financial transaction can be made,” covering your name, email, date of birth, a copy of your ID and proof of residence no older than 6 months. Records are kept for at least 10 years.
One more wall: Jack doesn’t transact with politically exposed persons “or their family members,” and screens every client against PEP lists before accepting them.
What Is Standard KYC?
Standard KYC on our scale means no ID at signup but verification before your first withdrawal. That’s how Jack’s Terms read, so that’s what we grade. If Jack enforced its AML Policy literally and asked for ID before your first deposit, it would drop to Hard KYC.
What Are Jack’s Withdrawal Limits?
Withdrawals are capped at $50,000 per 7 days and $100,000 per 30 days, with VIP exceptions at Jack’s discretion. Any single casino bet or spin pays out a maximum of $500,000, jackpots excepted, and any single sportsbook ticket a maximum of $150,000.
The wagering rules contradict each other. Section 10 says deposits need 1x wagering before withdrawal. Section 9 says that if you withdraw with less than 3x your last deposit wagered, Jack can charge you the processing costs of both the deposit and the withdrawal. Bets at odds below 1.30 may not count at all.
What Do Jack Players Say on Trustpilot?
As of September 2026, Jack.com has a claimed Trustpilot profile with 36 reviews and a 2.3 displayed score marked “Poor.” The split is 11% five-star, 0% four-star, 3% three-star, 8% two-star and 78% one-star. Jack hasn’t invited customers to review recently but replies to 87% of negative reviews, usually within a week.
One recent reviewer said first withdrawals went through smoothly. The rest is heavier: missing or slow crypto deposits, bonus eligibility disputes after heavy wagering, accusations of low RTP and slow support. The profile now covers Jack.com directly, not just the old Jackbit page, and it’s worse than the Jackbit reputation it replaced.

Fail a Verification Request and Your Winnings Can Go
Jack “may request from You the verification of Your Proof of Address, Proof of Identity, Video Verification, Source of Income at any time.” Can’t provide it, and Jack can terminate the account and hold the funds: “winnings may be confiscated and funds deposited by You shall be returned to You.”
Source of income is the one that catches people. A student, a retiree, a crypto holder paid in tokens years ago, or anyone living on savings may have no payslip to show. Deposit €500, run it to €8,000, get asked how you earn your money, and the €7,500 profit is the part Jack can keep.
Deposit From Anyone Else’s Account and Lose Your Winnings
Every deposit must come from a bank account, card, e-wallet or other payment method registered in your own name. If security checks find otherwise, “your winnings will be confiscated and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account.” Not to you. To them. Top up from your partner’s Binance account once, win, and the payout vanishes while the deposit goes back to your partner. Separately, if two or more players are found using the same crypto wallet address, every account involved can be terminated and all winnings and bonuses cancelled.

Jack isn’t delisted for being broken. It pays, it takes Monero, and our VPN sessions ran clean. It’s delisted because its fraud policy names IP-masking detection as a way to catch prohibited techniques, in the same words Mystake uses. We delisted Mystake for that sentence. Jack gets the same treatment.
The rest doesn’t help. Proof of income can be demanded at any time with winnings on the line, a single deposit from someone else’s account sends your deposit to them and your winnings nowhere, and the rebrand hasn’t fixed a Trustpilot page that’s 78% one-star. 25/100. Bad, avoid.
