Two entries give the game away. Cyprus, where the operating company sits, is banned. So is Curaçao, where it’s licensed. Glitchspin can suspend any account from these countries and cancel its deposits and bets, and some game providers add their own country blocks on top.

Can You Use a VPN at Glitchspin?
Not anymore. When we first reviewed Glitchspin, VPN use wasn’t something the Terms punished. The current Terms are different. Section 14.7 lets Glitchspin void your winnings, forfeit your balance including deposits, cancel bets and deactivate the account if it has “strong reasons to believe” you disguised your IP address. A Virtual Private Network is the example it gives.
How Could Glitchspin Catch a VPN User?
It doesn’t have to try hard. The Privacy Policy logs your IP address and location data at registration, plus device identifiers and session logs. Then the withdrawal verification asks for a utility bill with your home address and a bank screenshot showing the recipient’s full address. An IP from Toronto and a gas bill from Kraków sit side by side in the same file.
Section 2.6 also bans creating an account for any other “address (mail or IP)” or device. Shared VPN servers put strangers on one IP, and Glitchspin can block duplicate accounts without notice, cancel their winnings and deduct deposits from either account.

Does Glitchspin Require KYC to Withdraw?
Yes, before the first one. The AML section says a player requesting their first withdrawal after registration must submit a copy of an identification document, and the request won’t be processed until it arrives. The Risk Department can also demand verification at any time.
The document list is long. Which Glitchspin Terms Should You Read Before Depositing?
Your First Payout May Have to Be a Bank Wire
The AML section lets Glitchspin require your first payment of winnings to go out as a bank transfer wire “with a purpose of completing the KYC verification checks.” You deposited in crypto. You still need a bank account in your own name before anything reaches your wallet. For a privacy player, that’s the worst clause here after 14.7.
Miss the 30-Day Deadline or a Video Call and Your Winnings Are Gone
Every requested document is due within 30 calendar days of your withdrawal request. Miss that and your winnings are confiscated and the account is permanently closed. The KYC Department only works weekdays, 09:00 to 18:00 GMT+3, so a request filed at 21:00 on a Friday sits untouched for two and a half days of your window.
